Who Knew? aTrueFace Campaign
In May 2013, select students, staff, and faculty of The Art Institute of Tampa teamed up with Florida State Representative Kathleen Peters in an awareness project dedicated to changing the misconceptions of homelessness through education of the state of homelessness in our society.
This organization was developed by the Design Honors students in the Design program at The Art Institute of Tampa and is guided by select staff and faculty and will continue as part of the Graphic and Web Design curriculum.
On November 18, 2013 the school held a press conference unveiling the first phase of their campaign. They’ve revealed the main billboard ads as well as secured a website, Facebook and Twitter name. Check for updates here at the Coalition or find them through their social media outlets.
